Drug & Alcohol Testing

COMP can provide DOT (Department of Transportation) drug screening and Non-DOT drug screening, including rapid drug screens, for employers. COMP can also provide MRO (Medical Review Officer) services for drug screens that are collected at our facility. The MRO is certified by the MROCC (Medical Review Officer Certification Council) and is responsible for evaluating all positive drug screens to make sure that the screening was performed properly and in accordance with applicable regulations. This process involves reviewing chain of custody procedures, specimen identification documentation, and contacting the donor to determine if there is a legitimate explanation for the positive result. If the employer has a designated MRO, COMP can provide "collection only" services with the reports going to the designated MRO.

COMP can provide DOT (Department of Transportation) breath alcohol testing or Non-DOT breath alcohol testing.
